The Hydrogen Congress, organized by Saarländische Wasserstoffagentur GmbH and IZES gGmbH, brings together experts from Saarland, Germany and the world to discuss innovations in technology, politics and regulation for a sustainable hydrogen future.
This year, we are suspending the Saarland Hydrogen Congress, but are all the more pleased to welcome the hydrogen world to Saarland together with SHS – Stahl-Holding-Saar, Stahlverband Saar and Grande Region Hydrogen as hosts of the Handelsblatt Hydrogen Summit.

The WEEK OF HYDROGEN
The WEEK OF HYDROGEN (#WdW) is a Germany-wide campaign week that is planned as a colorful information event and offers free insights into the market ramp-up of hydrogen and hydrogen technologies. The events are primarily aimed at people who are interested in the topic of hydrogen as well as anyone who has concerns, questions and would like to learn more.

School competitions about hydrogen – take part and win!
The Saarland Hydrogen Agency invites all schoolchildren in Saarland to take part in our exciting competitions on the subject of hydrogen! We are offering two age groups the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity and knowledge of this pioneering energy source. With a great sense of commitment and imagination, great prizes can be won!
For elementary school
“What kind of stuff? Wassel-Quassel and his adventures”
Our creative competition about the little molecule Wassel-Quassel has come to a successful end – and we are delighted with the great response and the many creative entries!
The contributions have shown how lively and imaginative children can discover the world of hydrogen. For this we say: Thank you to all participants!

Our school competition on the topic of “Explaining hydrogen through play” is over – and we are impressed by the many creative game ideas we received!
Whether as a board game, card game or app – the concepts submitted showed in an impressive way how the energy source of the future can be communicated in an exciting and understandable way. A big thank you to everyone who took part!
